Why can`t i use the skin that i download from other member ?

either the official ,

It always said Skineditor.load.error

Help me Please

i mean when i loaded the skin at Splash Fighter it can be loaded ,
But when i load it at Getamped It got Skineditor.load.error

but i see some of player in my server use the skin , and got no error
